I'm reading an e-book and listening to an audiobook. The first is The Sunken by S.C. Green and unfortunately I am not much enjoying it. And I think that's solely because I'm reading [slogging through] it in my Kindle app on my phone. :-/
The audiobook is Green River, Running Red by Ann Rule (read by Barbara Caruso). This book is very long - over 19 hours - and it feels like I'm slogging my way through it, too. I finally upped the speed to 1.75, though, so by the end of Day Two with it I was 45% through it.
If The Sunken doesn't draw me in by the time I'm 50% through it, I think I'll DNF it. :-(
I'm glad your book is going better for you! Happy Reading!
I'm reading A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L'Engle right now but I've had a busy couple of days so I'm only 26% of the way through. I'm hoping to get a lot of reading in this week because I want to go see the movie next weekend.
